Who we are looking for:
- Highly motivated individual
- Outgoing and eager to learn

- Detail-oriented, independently driven addition to our team that schedules over 1,000 service appointments per month
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while staying focused on details

Compensation $15/hr
- We provide onsite phone and system training
- Commission opportunities based on service appraisals performed and sold by the sales floor

What does a normal day look like?
- Starting shift will be 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
- Daily tasks include
- Scheduling for both Richmond Ford Lincoln and Richmond Ford West
- Answering inbound phone calls to either set an appointment or transfer to correct party
- Outbound calls to confirm next-day appointments and potentially create service appraisals for sales floor
- Verifying online scheduled appointments
- Answering inbound website chats
- Calling customers to schedule recalls
- Open communication between both parts and service departments
- Strong support from management
- While this is a scheduling position, we believe time away from work is very important so you will only be required to work one Saturday per month from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm.
- Every Sunday and most holidays off (Labor Day, Memorial Day, plus major holidays)
- Monthly Business Development Center (BDC) Meeting with challenges that include prizes based on performance
Job Requirements/What makes our team successful?
