This position reflects the image and face of our Service Department to our customers. We are looking for enthusiastic, customer oriented applicants focused on great customer service. We are looking for a team player as all our coordinators, receptionist and cashiers work closely together to provide a superior customer service experience. Our Service Department is open Monday thru Friday 7:00am - 6:00pm and Saturdays 7:00am - 3:00pm. Shifts available:Mon - Fri 8:30am - 6:00pmMon - Fri 7:00am - 4:30pm This position will be scheduled to work every other Saturday.Essential Duties:
  • Handles Inbound calls, answering customer concerns, issues and questions regarding products and services. Directs phone calls to appropriate department as needed
  • Schedules service reservations by phone, in person, or via email by coordinating with Service, Warranty, Parts and Collision departments
  • Contacts new and existing customers to discuss current service needs or potential product/service issues
  • Provides proactive service by constantly communicating with customer on status of vehicle, potential product/service issues. Providing coordination of loaner or shuttle services.
  • Customer follow up after visit asking for feedback.
  • Coverage of Reception and Cashiering desks
  • Other Administrative duties will be assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual Spanish/English - Helpful
  • Experience in Customer Service Field or Call Center
  • Previous work experience at dealership or automotive service department
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previously held Head Cashier position
  • Has worked Reception desk while handling multiple computer applications
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Attention to Detail and Excellent Quality
