Job Summary: We are looking for a Service Appointment Scheduler / Coordinator to join our growing team! The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, reliable, a positive attitude, comfortable speaking to customers on the phone and communicating via email and text by desktop computer. The day-to-day duties in this role include answering service department phones, booking service appointments and contacting customers by phone and email regarding their satisfaction.Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming service department calls
  • Booking service appointments
  • Contact customers by phone and email regarding their satisfaction
  • Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Assist monitoring and managing our fleet of 25 loaner vehicles
Pay
  • $42,000-$54,000 yearly earnings
  • $21 hourly salary plus earn monthly bonuses based on performance, total earnings up to $25.75 per hour
