In a fast-paced environment, your role will be to support the service team with the daily upkeep and maintenance of the community. You will also be the primary associate in ensuring that vacant apartment homes are fully ready for their new residents. Your Hard Work Helps Residents and Future Residents Feel At HomeYour primary responsibility will be the make ready of all vacant apartment homes in anticipation of their future residents.Inspect work completed by vendors in units and report any issues to Service Manager or Community Director.You will be a key player in helping ensure that the community looks its best through routine inspections of the grounds and common areas. Assist with pool cleaning and maintenance.When necessary, you will assist the Service Team in completing resident and community service requests. You might be asked to assist in on-call or emergency service requests.To help your professional development, you will assist with special projects as assigned by the Service Manager. Be prepared to attend and participate in training as required.RequirementsKey Skills and Abilities Needed to Succeed in This Role 1-3 years of hands-on general maintenance experience to include general carpentry, basic plumbing, basic electrical knowledge, basic HVAC knowledge, painting experience, etc.Must have knowledge of OSHA safety rules and regulations.Must have excellent customer service and time management skills.A high school diploma, and bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.Must represent Kairoi in a professional manner at all times.
