Position: Service Attendant Reports To: Management Wage: $18 - $20FLSA Status: Non- ExemptJOB DESCRIPTIONDescription: Food Hall seeking service attendant with the ability to maintain clean and organized spaces.Experience: 1- 3 years of experience in a comparable position Professional appearance, (No headphones, hats, or loose pants), excellent interpersonal and communication skillsRole & Responsibilities:
- Complete opening and closing procedures in a timely manner.
- Teamwork- work with members of service team including housekeeper, bartender, vendors.
- Prepare common area for patrons by cleaning tables and chairs.
- Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
- Ensure all booths in the facility are stocked and ready for service.
- Ensure cleanliness of the overall facility (empty trash cans to trash room, clean tables and floors, sweep and mop, clean windows and doors)
- When required restock napkins, trays, handsanitizer
- Perform hourly, daily, and weekly cleaning, maintenance tasks.
- Manage inventory of all cleaning supplies, maintenance supplies.
- Welcome guests, guide them in the food hall (to the bathrooms, vendors booths, etc.)
- Close dining facility by cleaning tables and putting up chairs; sweeping and mopping floors; removing trash and recyclables from the facility.
- Know and understand vendors food offering and location.
