The Service Bartender receives drink orders and prepares drinks for servers. Ensures the service bar is stocked with supplies; maintains accurate inventory records and maintains service bar bank within established procedures, policies, and rules. Practice, support and promote the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort. Ensure all orders are prepared accurately and deliver prompt service to servers. Prepare drinks in accordance with established recipes and measurements. Take daily inventory and stock supplies. Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all bar equipment and service bar area. Maintain an orderly, accurate par level for bar service outlet. Create, maintains, and facilitates a positive work environment; promotes positive team member relations and reports issues to the appropriate personnel. Other duties as assigned.
