Your primary responsibility is to manage service inquiries, schedule appointments, follow up on leads, and help customers find the right solutions for their vehicle needs. You'll be working closely with the service department to provide a seamless experience from start to finish.Schedule:Monday -Thursday 11AM-7PM and Friday 10AM-6PMKey Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule service appointments, answer inquiries, and follow up on leads.
- Contact customers to confirm appointments, send reminders, and provide updates on services.
- Generate and manage service leads through phone calls, emails, and text messaging.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, offering vehicle service recommendations, and ensuring their needs are met.
- Maintain detailed customer records in the CRM system and track service-related information.
- Work closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure a smooth scheduling process and accurate estimates for service needs.
- Follow up on service inquiries, ensuring potential customers are nurtured and appointments are scheduled.
- Assist in promotions and service campaigns to maximize customer engagement and business growth.
- Ensure the service department's efficiency by coordinating with internal teams to manage appointment flow.
- Process customer payments for automotive services, including cash, credit cards, and financing.
- Handle service invoices and explain charges to customers in a clear and friendly manner.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing questions and concerns in a professional and timely way.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are properly documented.
- Assist with service order management, including organizing customer paperwork and ensuring all information is complete.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or BDC (Business Development Center) role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to multitask effectively.
- A positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Automotive knowledge is a plus, but not required.
