- Serve as liaison and communicate effectively between the Service department and customers.
- Contact customers regarding repairs, estimated pick-up times.
- Take incoming service calls.
- Schedule service appointments.
- Inform customers of rental car policies and guidelines.
- Check e-mails and promptly respond to inquiries.
- Establishes personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devises a strategy to meet the goals of bringing customers into service department.
- Attend training as requested by manager.
- Follows script and instructions from a supervisor.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent team player with collaborative attitude and eagerness to grow professionally
- Pleasant, engaging, professional phone manner
- Ability to multi-task
- Willing to learn and be driven to achieve goals
- Strong PC and internet skills
- Maintains professional appearance
- Ability to follow instructions and receive feedback from supervisor and managers
- Interact effectively and professionally with co-workers
- Understand and follow company policy and procedures
- Automotive dealership experience a plus
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A.
- Must pass pre-employment background checks and screenings
