The Service BDC Agent will do the following:

- Answer all customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Determine customer's primary concern and schedule the necessary appointment.
- Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.
- Work as a team player and uphold the company's standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Work with Service Advisors to ensure all customers are scheduled efficiently and timely.
- Make outbound calls to existing customers for follow-up or to schedule maintenance due on vehicle.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Problem solve and communicate with customers (written and verbal).
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
The Service BDC Agent will possess the following:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Previous inbound/outbound customer service, call center experience a must.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Proficient computer skills, ability to manage multiple systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be energetic, enthusiastic, and team-oriented.
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.

The Service BDC Agent role has a pay scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include base hourly compensation of between $17.50 and $17.50. The position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
