**Position Overview:**

The Service Cashier employee will assist our dealership with filing paperwork and also assist every customer with payment and payment-related questions while following all company guidelines and policies.

**Pay range is based on experience and qualifications: $15.00 Per Hour**

**Responsibilities**

* Greet customers before assisting them

* Accurately process all customer payments

* Always extend the highest level of courtesy and friendliness to every customer

* Follow all credit cards and check acceptance policies

* Close all repair orders in a timely fashion

* Assist all associates to provide our customers with an excellent level of service experience

* Notify the Service Manager of any concerns that will hinder or prevent a customer from having a positive service experience

* Accurately account for all service revenues and receipts every day

* Verify that every customer understands the work completed and the charges for service

* Provide prompt and efficient handling of work activities requested by the Service Manager

* File paperwork

**Requirements**

* At least 18 years of age

* Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances

* Authorized to work in the United States
