false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 SUMMARYThis position coordinates the movement of customer's materials from suppliers through our Service Center Network.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Identify / Process proper paperwork in order to confirm freight ; BOL must be update on Dock Tiles. Audit , Print loads & report them ready to carriers via Email (In case that load has not been picked up , X request needs to be send it) ; Proper paperwork needs to be attached on Drivers and need to make sure when paperwork been send via email . Check & Update google Docs in order to avoid loosing track and visibility for externals . AM Shift , Will be send Inventory routed to Planners and any other reports assigned ; Also AM Shift needs to report empties from Protrans Yard . PM Shift , Will be send Inventory and Work on any other reports assigned . Discrepancies & Damages should be reports via email . As Communication , special focus on Emails and also provide attention via Telephone . Coordinates Trailer loads and prepare any transloads based on instructions . Responsible for inter-company and intra-company communication. Utilizes computer techniques for analysis, simulation or information systems and documentation. Identifies and implements continual improvement initiatives to enhance the performance of the position, team, and company. Perform dock checks as assigned. Ensure all doc tiles are updated daily. Compliance with all safety regulations and communicates safety policies.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis job may require supervision of loading activities (varies by center).QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of manager, clients, customers, and the general public.MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.REASONING ABILITYAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIESTo perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of database software; internet software; inventory software; order processing systems; spreadsheet software and word processing software.Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions for this job.
