Service Center Specialist (Contract to Hire) | Fully RemoteA broker/dealer subsidiary of a prominent group is in search of a Service Center Specialist. This role entails delivering steady customer service and aiding a network of Financial Advisors (FAs) with various inquiries, including business submissions, form completion, account upkeep, general questions, and issue resolution. The chosen candidate will also collaborate with all sectors of the team and interact with prospective and existing clients regarding queries related to their securities or advisory accounts.Responsibilities:Field incoming calls from Advisors and customers regarding product and service queriesAddress customer questions and determine appropriate solutions for service-related concernsInvestigate inquiries and provide timely and professional responsesStay updated on corporate policies, products, and departmental protocolsAid FAs in preparing necessary documents for sales processesAdhere to departmental benchmarks for quality and efficiencyIdentify potential customer complaints and notify compliance teamsElevate service challenges as neededManage the support email to assist FAs with account initiation and operational proceduresRequirements:Bachelor's degree, desired5+ years of experience in the financial securities industry3+ years in customer service or call center rolesFINRA Series 7 and Series 63 certificationsFamiliarity with CRM platforms like RedTail, SalesForce, or equivalentStrong communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsThe target hourly rate for the Service Center Specialist role is $23 to $28 an hour. This figure can vary depending on factors such as skillset and experience level.
