Job DescriptionSunday shift will be from 3:30 PM - 12 AM CST. Mon-Thurs 11am-730pm CST. This is a full time that position requires you to work every Sunday.
  • Takes incoming calls from injured workers seeking medical attention from doctors.
  • Ensures injured workes have all the necessary paperwork to seek treatment.
  • Provides administrative processes support for routine back office tasks such as data entry, order and application processing, document verification, accounting support and preparing mailings.
QualificationsMinimum Education:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
Requirements:
  • Call Center experience
  • Ability to Multi-task
  • Computer Skills
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology
Preferred Skill:
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred - Fluent (Takes Spanish speaking calls)

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $16.00 - $17.00 hourly and will be based on a number of additional factors, including skills, experience, and education.
