As a Service Concierge/ Greeter you will be welcoming customers into the guest lounge area while providing excellent customer service and maintain a clean and tidy work space. We are looking for someone who is dependable and loves building relationships on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:
- Be the face of our team, greeting guests upon arrival in lounge area and on service drive
- Assist customers as needed with the utmost customer service
- Lead by example and be an advocate for staff
- Be a liaison between customers and the service department as needed
- Handle inbound service appointment requests if needed in a prompt and professional manner
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong business communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to respond quickly and appropriately to difficult situations
- Must be professional in appearance and conduct
- Must be able to count and balance money
- Must have a friendly upbeat attitude and be a team player
