We are currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic Service Contract Sales Representative to join our team in Pittsburgh. As a Service Contract Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, selling service contracts, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, driven, and passionate about sales.Responsibilities:Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to promote service contractsIdentify potential sales opportunities and follow up on leadsConduct sales presentations and negotiate contract terms with clientsAchieve sales targets and quotas on a regular basisCollaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategiesStay current on industry trends and competitors' offeringsProvide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfactionMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client informationRequirements:Exceptional interpersonal skillsExceptional organizational skillsEmergency power generation and HVAC industry experience is a plus,but not required and will be taught.Effective time management and organizational abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamSelf-motivated and driven to achieve sales targetsMust be authorized to work in the United StatesDocumented clean driving recordEducation/Experience:Sales, Marketing or relevant experienceExperience working with CRM software to manage sales activitiesCollege (not required but a plus)Physical Requirements:Position requires the ability to climb ladders, access rooftops, and enter small spacesProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift 15 pounds at a timeMust be able to travelPM22PI66c47b9e68bb-35216-#######9
