We need a Service Coordinator to help us run the field operations of our residential focused HVAC company, One Hour Heating and Air. Somebody that can handle the administrative aspect of a service a call soup to nuts, that is, answer the customers call thru posting the payment and everything in between. Your management of the company's calendar ensures we keep our punctual promise to the customer. It's a big job but you will get plenty of support and a great bunch of plumbers to work with. JOB DUTIES
- Support the customer my taking their call and accurately imputing their relevant information related to their specific situation.
- Support the Service Technician
- Manage the company calendar to ensure the commitments made from the field are followed thru with
- Back-office accounting including but not limited to:
- Purchase Order / Vendor Statement Reconciliation
- Invoicing, Statements and Accounts Receivable
- Other housekeeping Items
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Results from the pre-interview assessment show a high likelihood of success in the job.
- High School Diploma, prefer some technical college experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Bookkeeping experience a plus
- Ability to work overtime as needed including one weekend every 4-6 weeks
