Pilgrim Port located in Toledo, Ohio is a senior apartment community with a team of property management professionals that are unmatched in the area!National Church Residences is the nation's largest provider of affordable senior housing and health care services.We are seeking Service Coordinators who will share in our vision to advance better living and care for seniors!Education:A bachelor's degree in social work or a related field is preferred.Experience:Preferred two or more years of experience in social service delivery with elderly and/or family populations. Demonstrated working knowledge of supportive services and other resources in the area served by the project.
