Job Description:
Job Summary A MetroWall Service Coordinator supports the Project Management Team by ensuring the efficient execution of service calls and project-related administrative tasks. This role is critical in maintaining customer satisfaction through effective coordination of service call & project support. Core Responsibilities: Service Calls Client Liaison: Act as the primary contact for clients to schedule and manage service calls, addressing any scheduling or service-related inquiries. Estimate Management: Create and submit accurate estimates for service calls, ensuring timely and transparent communication with clients. Coordination: Arrange labor and materials required for service calls, ensuring all resources are in place for successful completion. Completion & Follow-Up: Finalize service calls, ensuring client satisfaction and thorough documentation of service outcomes. Product Upgrades: Identify opportunities to promote product upgrades during service calls, particularly for projects with older systems. Problem Resolution: Handle any additional tasks or issues that arise during service calls to ensure successful completion and client satisfaction. 2.Daily Schedule Management Material Deliveries: Coordinate the scheduling of internal and external material deliveries to ensure timely receipt and distribution. Labor Scheduling: Collaborate with the Project Management team to schedule installation labor, ensuring alignment with client needs and project timelines. Schedule Distribution: Compile and distribute daily schedules to relevant teams, ensuring clear communication of priorities and deadlines 3.Project Management Administrative Support Project Updates: Assist with updating project statuses and ensuring that all relevant information is accurately reflected in project management systems. KPI Tracking: Document Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to service and project performance, providing reports as needed. Installer Report Cards: Prepare and manage installer report cards, ensuring accurate evaluation and feedback. Document Distribution: Distribute necessary installer documents and ensure all relevant parties have the information they need. Presentation Preparation: Prepare presentations for project meetings, providing clear and concise information to stakeholders. PM Map & Documentation: Maintain and update the Project Management map. Insurance Documentation: Ensure all insurance documentation is current and accurate to avoid project or service delays. Change Orders: Handle small change orders as needed, ensuring proper documentation and communication with relevant teams. Administrative Tasks: Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as required by the Project Management team to support overall project success. Additional Responsibilities: Work willingly with all members of the MetroWall team to deliver a level of customer service that exceeds the expectations of our customers Assist with additional tasks as required and at the request of management Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred) Experience in a project coordination or similar role, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industries (preferred) Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service Work Environment: This role involves a combination of office work and occasional on-site support. The Project Management Assistant should be prepared to occasionally travel to job sites and assist the PM Team or Service Team as needed.
