Are you ready to make a difference?
* The Service Coordinator will serve as advocate for seniors living in HUD202/LIHTC complexes.
* Maintain positive relationships with community agencies, residents, their families, staff and other related persons.
* Bachelor's Degree in human services or related field plus 1 years experience working with senior populations or High School plus 4 years' related experience.
* Ability to communicate effectively and work independently.
