SUMMARYHayes Gibson Property Services (HGPS) is looking for an experienced Service Coordinator in which is responsible for the coordination of the Social Service functions of the residents at Bowling Green Towers. The Service Coordinator plays a critical role to support assisted housing as a platform for financial security, physical security, social connections, and the delivery of long-term community based supportive services.
