**Description :** **MULTISTACK**, the leading manufacturer and creator of modular chiller systems is searching for a dynamic, experienced candidate for the position of Service Counter Sales Representative to join our team! An exceptional candidate would have knowledge in HVAC products and previous HVAC parts experience. A degree is not required.
**Responsibilities:**
* Learn about our products and components
* Resolve customer inquiries
* Maintain phone and e-mail support for customers
* Take service parts orders and provide quotes to customers
* Coordinate shipments and returns of service parts

* Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
* Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe experience
* Ability to build rapport with customers
* Desire to learn
* Self-motivated and detail-oriented
