The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering positive relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves coordinating service delivery, resolving client issues, and supporting the clinical management team.Desired Skills:
  • Experience in customer service or account management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and route driving or delivery services is advantageous.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and monitor account performance.
  • Prepare and present reports on account status, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of FOH's mission, vision, and customer service philosophy.
  • Oversee activity fulfillment and review service provider performance to ensure accurate billing.
  • Interact with customers regarding billing questions, resolve uncollected charges, and obtain funding for current services.
  • Coordinate service delivery with FOH Service Delivery Leads and manage a work group for Quality Assurance (QA) of medical records.
  • Generate customer-specific reports capturing utilization and activity under designated agreements.
  • Develop and maintain customer-specific tracking tools to monitor quality and timeliness of services.
  • Continuously update and maintain interagency agreement documents, including Work Orders.
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree with one year of experience in a customer service health-related field, or five years of experience in customer account management service.
  • One year of experience in support of clinical management.
  • Demonstrated experience in dealing with various size organizations, including labor union and management issues related to occupational health.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word) and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Compensation - Min: $70,000/ Max: $90,000This position is in the proposal stage, we are waiting to be awarded the project.Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits. The final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.Benefits - This position is eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
