The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service within the health sector, experience in clinical management support, and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight. This role involves coordinating service delivery, managing customer interactions, and ensuring accurate and timely billing and reporting.Primary Responsibilities:Service Delivery Coordination:
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Federal Occupational Health (FOH) mission, vision, and customer service philosophy.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the range of occupational health services offered by FOH.
- Coordinate service delivery with FOH Service Delivery Leads, ensuring that services are provided according to agency requirements and standards.
Billing and Customer Interaction:
- Oversee activity fulfillment or review service provider fulfillment to ensure accurate and timely billing into FOHS systems.
- Extensively interact with customers to address billing questions and resolve any uncollected charges.
- Coordinate with customers and FOH to obtain funding for current services and clarify service details as needed.
- Manage and maintain effective communication essential to the maintenance of service agreements.
Quality Assurance and Reporting:
- Prior to physician medical review, manage a work group to ensure Quality Assurance (QA) on medical records, verifying that all services have been performed according to agency medical requirements and standards.
- Assist in generating customer-specific reports that capture service utilization and activity under designated agreements.
- Schedule services for client agencies as requested by FOH.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain customer-specific tracking tools to monitor the quality and timeliness of delivered services.
- Continuously update and maintain established interagency agreement documents, including work orders.
- Provide additional support as needed for other tasks related to service delivery and customer management.
Location: This position is based within the Federal government sector, with potential for occasional travel depending on project needs.Qualifications
- Education: Associate's degree with one year of experience in a health-related customer service field, or five years of experience in customer account management service.
- Experience:
- At least one year of experience supporting clinical management.
- Experience working with diverse organizations, including handling labor union and management issues related to Occupational Health (OH).
- Skills:
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently on projects with minimal supervision.
