As the Service Delivery Leader, you will lead and manage a service delivery program that assists our customers in achieving their quality and financial goals through supporting their medical equipment. You will lead a team of both Diagnostic and Biomed Technicians responsible for providing maintenance and repair services on medical equipment, as well as the planning and execution of all resources/logistics. Success in this role is recognized through base compensation, plus a generous incentive compensation component.

Responsibilities

Provide overall strategic direction, leadership and technical services management, including the following responsibilities:

* Manage the day-to-day operations of the diagnostic imaging and biomedical engineering staff to ensure appropriate service levels are provided to the facility, including scheduling, distribution of work, and resource allocation.

* Generate quotes for room moves, accessories, and non-standard repairs to aid our customers in planning for facility and business changes.

* Track, monitor and report on service delivery metrics; ensure concise and comprehensive documentation of all services performed, including parts and labor.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships and frequent communications with customers and sales to proactively identify customer needs, ensure resolution, proper follow-up, and ongoing customer satisfaction.

* Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and hospital protocols

Qualifications

* Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

* 4+ years of service delivery experience, preferably related to Diagnostic Imaging and/or Biomedical/Clinical Engineering

* Demonstrated experience leading and influencing teams

* Demonstrated experience managing a P&L
