** Your Tasks**
* Supervising the work of Back Office and PMO teams and in particular: take care of their preparation, implementation, continuous development and their work results
* Work well as part of a team, take on tasks during busier periods to help colleagues, and be of assistance or offer guidance to other members
* Recruit, interview, select and hire talent to fill team positions
* On-Boarding activities for new Team Leads (Equipment, Accesses, Training Plan), including overseeing new Project Assistants on-boarding
* Support Team Leads with Performance assessment for Project Assistants
* Coach, mentor, and develop team members providing development planning and opportunities
* Conflict Management within the teams
* Being a role model
** Our Requirements**
* 2+ years of experience in people management in a linguistically and culturally diverse workforce
* Determination, autonomy, and personal motivation
* Responsiveness, accountability, stress resistance and teamwork-orientation
* Highly developed communication skills
* Fluent English and Polish
