JWS has a strong track record of above-market growth, driven by unwavering customer loyalty, a dedicated management team, and a renowned reputation for quality service.ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing crucial administrative support to the Service Department, playing a pivotal role in the organization's continued success. This role involves a diverse range of duties, making multitasking and thriving under pressure essential.
  • Correspondence Handling: Efficiently manage inbound correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and faxes, and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Customer and Team Support: Deliver prompt, accurate, and consistent responses to both customers and team members.
  • Job Status Updates: Provide continuous updates on job statuses to internal teams and JWS customers.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Conduct weekly follow-ups with customers to gauge satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Promote Positive Culture: Actively contribute to fostering a positive work environment and nurturing the company's culture.
  • Other Administrative Duties: Undertake additional administrative tasks as assigned including:
    • Job Status Updates
    • Proposal approval process and follow through on execution
    • Fire Permit application processing & oversight
    • Third party website portal management
    • Client & Data Entry
Qualifications:
  • Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer service or service-related industries is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
