Job description
Work hand in hand with the Service Department Team/Service Advisors. Greet service customers and check them in/field general information and walk them to a service advisor. Assist Service Advisors with paperwork and customer care throughout their visit. Walk customers to cashiers upon completion of their vehicle and review service visit as well as the survey/google reviews. You will also work with the Owner Loyalty Manager on customer follow up phone calls/customer satisfaction.
This is a full-time, hourly position. Approximate hours of 9am - 530 pm 5 days a week!
You will have a day off during the week and we are closed on Sundays!
You will learn the Nissan of Huntington process as well as learn how to use Reynolds and Reynolds, Text2Drive, and other Service Department tools.
