You will be required to contact and follow up with our service customers and improve customer retention. Daily duties consist of inbound calls, high volume outbound calls and helping customers through the dealerships service process.In this role, you will be the link between our service customers and the service department. You will assist the customer by scheduling their vehicle for service. You will be on the phone most of your day, so a strong passion for helping customers and developing your skills is crucial. We have an in-house training team dedicated to your success; offering online and in-store training programs with our manufacturers. Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with service appointments.
- Respond quickly to internet and phone inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
- Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
- Follow up calls with customer after service visit
- Participate in team and process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, service teams and dealership management.
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
Qualifications
- At least one previous role based in customer service experience
- Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
- Prompt and courteous demeanor
- Positive and hardworking personality
- Strong computer skills
- Previous call center experience is a HUGE PLUS
- Valid driver's license
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
