We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our vision of relationship-driven pest management. The ideal candidate should have exceptional phone etiquette, the ability to manage multiple customer inquiries seamlessly, and proficiency in using CRM systems to document and follow up on customer interactions efficiently.As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of our commitment to relationship-based pest management. You'll work closely with existing customers, addressing service and billing inquiries to help protect homes and the environment from pests.
