After training, this will be a hybrid position working in the office on Tuesday's and Wednesday's, and remote the remainder of the week.Position Summary:Provides effective and efficient information technology services to the organization including first level support for incident resolution and requests, alert communications, and user provisioning administration.Responsibilities:* Provide hardware and software problem resolution to both internal and external customers per service level standards.* Document all reported issues and resolutions in the incident management system.* Ensure users are updated on progress of issue resolution per service standards.* Escalate issues to the appropriate subject matter expert and or management when necessary.* Administer user provisioning and related access permissions for designated organization systems.* Maintain accurate service desk processes and procedures.Requirements:* Associate's degree or equivalent years of service.* 1 year information technology service desk or customer service experience preferred.* HDI Support Center Analyst Certification preferred.* Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.* Demonstrated successful ability to build positive relationships and partnerships within department, across the organization and with external customers.* Excellent organizational skills, including ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.* Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision making skills.* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.#LI-CR1Just as we are committed to creating exceptional value for our Partners For Success agencies and policyholders, Amerisure also remains committed to being an employer of choice.
