A client of Insight Global is looking for a Service Desk Analyst. As anService Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting user access and permissions within the Active Directory environment. You will provide technical support to end-users, ensuring efficient resolution of access-related issues and maintaining security protocols. Additionally, you will collaborate with IT teams to implement and enforce directory policies and procedures.

Pay Range: $19.00-23.00 Hour (Based on years of experience, certifications, education)
