Service Dispatcher

Position Summary: Managing technicians daily schedules, setting appointments, and offering services and products. Provide support for clients and customers to ensure that the customers are satisfied with products, services, and features. This is a fast-paced position requiring strong communication verbal and written skills with solid computer skills, and the ability to self-manage while meeting performance expectations.

Pay: up to $28 per hour depending on experience

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, some overtime may be required

Required Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills

Operate a multi-line phone system

Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills

Ability to multi-task

Highly organized and able to work independently

3+ years of experience working in dispatching or customer service role

Exceptional written and verbal communication

Knowledge with dispatch software - Service Titan preferred

Knowledge of HVAC Industry

Proficient in Microsoft Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook

Problem-solving ability
