content= Job Summary: Energo, a leading provider of energy supply, energy efficiency, HVAC, Boiler service and preventative, routine and emergency heating service to residential and commercial properties in the NYC metro area, is seeking a positive, goal-oriented Service Dispatcher for its Woodside, NY office. Our Dispatchers operate in a fast-paced 24/7, 365 dispatch office, and are an integral part of our organization. Candidate must possess excellent customer service, communication, listening, time-management skills, and be a team player. Multi-tasking is a must! Responsibilities and Requirements: Manage day-to-day operations of the service department in the NYC Metro area. Responsible for processing work orders including phone/digital receiving of service requests, data entry, and maintaining correspondence with customers. Dispatch technicians based on priority and availability in accordance with company guidelines. Generate and send customer requested reports. Field incoming calls/customer inquiries from current customers and prospects, while maintaining superior customer service. Dispatch via email and/or phone Service Technicians, as service requests are received. Debrief Customers after completion of each call (if necessary). Create and track purchase orders. Review and submit billing to be invoiced. Coordinate with mechanics, supervisors, and customers to resolve problems, requests for service. Coordinate and communicate with parts vendors for pricing and parts needed by technicians and arrange delivery of parts to the location. Maintain service reports and logs. Prepare daily work schedules in advance, such as tune-ups, cleanings, inspections, etc. Prepare and/or receive work orders to and from Service Technicians. Keep and organize work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, inventory records and other information. Maintain customer database with current information. Use telephones, emails, or text messages to contact employees and customers. Manage productivity of Service Technicians. Other duties and responsibilities, as assigned. />
