Description
Essential Functions:
Service dispatchers are the liaisons between service technicians and customers. They coordinate the scheduling of service appointments, track technician location and status, and relay information back and forth between technicians and customers.
Service:
* Efficiently schedule technicians and outside construction crews
* Dispatch technicians for urgent service calls
* Manage and answer inbound phone calls
* Maintaining communication with field technicians and dispatchers to ensure that appointments are kept on time and service is provided efficiently.
* Intake and set up new work orders for new fiber builds
* Maintaining records of work performed, including dispatch logs, service orders, repair orders, work orders, and other documents related to the work done by employees.
* Accurately documenting data into SuiteCRM, managing assigned workflow processes
* Review service & work order details for accuracy
Qualifications
Qualifications:
* 2-5 years of related customer support or dispatch experience preferred
* Experience with Office 365: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, phone systems, GPS software, maps.
