Adecco has partnered with a growing Cloud Service Provider that is seeking an AWS Service Engineer who is Bi-Lingual Korean, to help support one of their major US accounts. This position is located near Irvine, CA. The company is open to relocation for the right person as well, and will be in office 5 days a week.

The company is continuing to build out their US expansion and are backed by a global company. The ideal candidate must be bilingual Korean (Speaking Proficient), 1+ years of hands on experience managing large AWS Infrastructures, AWX Security and compliance , maintenance and escalations, and well as IaC, Terraform for AWS deployments.

This company operates at a fast pace so are looking for people who are entrepreneurial, have a hands-on approach, and are excited to join a driven and dedicated team

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and support clients' AWS environments to prevent downtime, optimize costs, and maintain quality.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and MegazoneCloud's internal teams.
• Respond to incidents, manage changes, and handle AWS provisioning and testing.
• Conduct requirement gathering, support initial client discussions, and foster improvements through regular reviews.
• Ensure compliance and security alignment in AWS setups, with advanced AWS security knowledge.

Experience:

• 1+ years in complex AWS infrastructure management & on-premise infrastructure management or deployment.
• Skills: Advanced AWS hands-on expertise, AWS compliance, and security.
• Communication: Fluent in Korean and English for client interaction.
• Technical Expertise: Familiarity with AWS RDS, EKS, IaC (e.g., Terraform), ITIL, and ITSM systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in database systems (Oracle, Open Source, or AWS RDS/Aurora).
• Experience in 24x7 managed service or Network Operations Center environments.
• Proficiency in Windows/Linux administration and cloud or on-premises scaling.
