Salary: $25 - $40 per hour

Job Details

Our client is looking for a licensed in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical Trades. The ideal candidate will live in close proximity to one of the following cities, Louisville, KY, or Lexington, KY, and is available to travel to Columbus, OH, Knoxville, TN cities as needed to fulfill tasks that are delegated by our contracts with the federal government.

  • Willing to travel (will get company car) up to 75 miles
  • Will be 40 hour work weeks, Monday- Friday 8-5
  • Can be an Electrician, Plumbing or HVAC Technician
  • Locations: Cincinnati OH, Louisville KY, Lexington KY, or Knoxville TN- will be traveling around these cities as needed to fulfill tasks that are delegated by their contracts with fed government

Responsibilities:

Utilize Microsoft Office suite and Adobe in accomplishing daily work.

Directly responsible for a high volume of data entry and tracking.

Coordinate and schedule daily/weekly work related to service calls, preventive maintenance, and larger maintenance and repair projects.

Prepare, submit, and complete estimates/proposals, completion documents, and other pertinent information relating to service call work.

Prepare and submit monthly schedules to the client and ensure that field staff follow the schedule.

Provide detailed updates to project and regional managers.

Requirements:

5+ Years experience of commercial facilities maintenance.

HVAC, plumbing, OR electricians

Valid Driver's License with satisfactory MVR.

Ability to self-manage daily, weekly, and monthly tasks and PM's.

Strong communication including phone and email etiquette.

Proficient in MS Office suite.

Experience with a work order management software is preferred.

Strong attention to detail.

Outstanding safety record and understanding of safe work practices.
