If you have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of automotive services, and a dedication to customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you!**Please note: This position is temporary to hire meaning it will last 8 weeks and dependent on performance applicant could be offered a position as a Jr. Service Advisor**Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Greeting customers that pull into the service drive and speaking with them to find out what they are bringing their vehicle in for, determining if they are a walk in or appointment, as well as understand their automotive service needs, provide accurate information, and establish trust and confidence.Service Advising: Assist customers by alerting jr. and senior service advisors of customers needing help.Vehicle Care: Assist with pulling customer vehicles in and out of service bays once they have been checked in withProblem Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, finding effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.Qualifications:
Customer Service Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers and provide a positive service experience.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage service schedules, appointments, and documentation efficientlyTeam Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with service technicians and other team members to ensure effective communication and workflow.Problem-Solving: Proven ability to address and resolve customer issues with a focus on customer satisfactionExperience:
