Job Description:

Loaner Counter possesses excellent guest service and communication skills, a positive attitude, and a professional appearance and demeanor. Our team members are service-oriented, guest-centered, and focused on safety. Essential Job Functions include but are not limited to:

  • Meet proper grooming standards; proper uniform attire and hair must be kept clean and groomed in a businesslike style to promote a favorable impression and a businesslike appearance at all times.
  • Knowledge of the city streets and how to use GPS
  • Knowledge of hands free devices
  • Offer friendly and knowledgeable assistance
  • Greet each guest and provide help with getting in and out of loaner vehicles
  • Ensure guest loyalty by providing excellent guest service and responding immediately to guest concerns
  • Practice safe driving skills
  • Report all incidents immediately to supervisor
  • Adherence to corporate policies and procedures
  • Able to cope with the physical demands of the job
  • Team player
  • Ability to multitask and manage time
  • Able to work without supervision
  • Hands on position, working face to face with guest and other teammates
Qualifications:
  • Pass a drug test
  • Can not have any DWI charges
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Provide a 3 year driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Guest service experience is a plus
  • Demonstrate a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered
Duties Include but not limited to:
  • Open/close loaner desk duties
    • Verify all keys and loaners are accountable throughout the day
    • Stage loaners for guest or for next shift
    • Fuel and/or charge loaners and guests cars as needed
  • Perform final drives on new or preowned cars
    • Verify car is safe, no outstands issues and is ready to be sold
  • Road test guests cars to verify repairs
  • Assist advisors with task (moving cars, taking payment for guest and assisting with paperwork)
  • Scanning documents to the accounting department
Hours:
  • Flexible hours - shifts available Monday through Friday 6:45-6:30 and Saturday 7:30-6:30
  • Part-time and full-time opportunities
Compensation:
  • Starting at $20 per hour
