Job Summary Oversees all front of house (FOH) operations and is responsible for ensuring legendary food and legendary service and the management of all FOH employees on a day to day basis. Essential Functions
- Maintains service and cleanliness in the FOH.
- In conjunction with all management, enforces compliance with all employment policies in area of responsibility.
- Oversees/approves all FOH systems.
- Provides/oversees all FOH training.
- Works during peak business times to set the pace in the FOH.
- Manages through hands on supervision of the restaurant. This includes but is not limited to non-scheduled assistance with serving, hosting, cooking, etc.
- Ensures 100% table visitation during shifts.
- Ensures that the cleanliness of the restaurant and safety of our guests are maintained at all times.
- In charge of liquor orders and overseeing liquor costs.
- Assists with the development of key hourly employees, assistant managers, and hourly employees.
- Completes first interviews of all FOH personnel.
- In charge of evaluations of all FOH staff.
- Cross-trains FOH employees and oversees their development.
- In charge of weekly schedules for all FOH employees.
- Creates a fun environment by following our core values and implementing contests, theme nights, and creating incentives for the staff.
- Understands and practices safe food handling procedures.
- Follows TIPS guidelines.
- Creates a safe and fun environment for FOH staff.

- Highschool graduate or General Education Degree
- 2 years or more as a Service manager or Assistant Service Manager in a full-service restaurant concept
