Day to Day:

- Manage a team of 20-30 Field Service Engineers, focusing on improving efficiencies, customer service, and process optimization.

- Generate financial quotes, budgets, and collaborate with technical teams to understand data for business forecasts.

- Regularly problem solve with service teams and clients and clearly communicate expectations in unclear situations.

- Engage in daily and weekly interactions with customers, addressing issues and ensuring high satisfaction

- Proactively address roadblocks and delays with the team, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing inefficiencies.
