Job Description:

Join our new team as a Service Manager and lead our front-of-house operations. We seek an experienced and motivated individual with 3+ years of experience in a similar role. A background in launching a new venue is a plus. Key responsibilities include:

  • Knowledge of wine and spirits.
  • Supervising daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service flow.
  • Manage and train staff, including onboarding and ongoing skills development.
  • Providing strong leadership to motivate and guide the team.
  • Solving problems quickly and efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the FOH and BOH teams to optimize service.
  • Handling guest complaints or concerns professionally.
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure in a high-volume setting.
  • Experience opening a new venue and knowledge of Asian cuisine and culture is a plus.
  • Must possess a valid Food Handler Certificate or be able to obtain one upon hiring
