Job Description:

The Service Manager would be responsible for overseeing the repair of vehicles brought into the dealership, as well as being responsible for the operations of the department, its profitability, employee supervision, and most importantly, customer satisfaction and retention.

Ideal Candidates will possess:

  • Ability to hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor employees to strive towards our goal
  • Maintain and improve Customer Satisfaction scores
  • Able to assist in diagnosing vehicle problems
  • Have great customer rapport to achieve positive guest experience
  • Strength to address customer complaints and resolve issues
  • Ensure quality control for all work being completed
  • Encourages and reinforces company policies as well as laws and regulations

Job Details

  • Manage Service Advisers, Service Technicians, Quick Lube Technicians, Warranty Admin
  • Attend Manager meetings
  • Ensure technicians are completing repairs in a timely manner
  • Ensure guests are greeted properly and given timely and fair estimates on cost and time of repairs or maintenance
  • Reward, recognize, and hold department accountable
  • Continuously manage and work to improve the Service Department and employees
  • Effectively address customer complaints

Requirements

  • Proven track record
  • Strong record of positive CSI scores,We have won Honda Presidents award two years in a row
  • Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug testing
  • Able to efficiently use Microsoft Office, Reynolds and Reynolds, X-Time
  • 5 years' experience in Service Consultant
  • 3 years Management experience preferred
