The Service Manager would be responsible for overseeing the repair of vehicles brought into the dealership, as well as being responsible for the operations of the department, its profitability, employee supervision, and most importantly, customer satisfaction and retention.

Job Details
- Manage Service Advisers, Service Technicians, Quick Lube Technicians, Warranty Admin
- Attend Manager meetings
- Ensure technicians are completing repairs in a timely manner
- Ensure guests are greeted properly and given timely and fair estimates on cost and time of repairs or maintenance
- Reward, recognize, and hold department accountable
- Continuously manage and work to improve the Service Department and employees
- Effectively address customer complaints
Requirements
- Proven track record
- Strong record of positive CSI scores,We have won Honda Presidents award two years in a row
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug testing
- Able to efficiently use Microsoft Office, Reynolds and Reynolds, X-Time
- 5 years' experience in Service Consultant
- 3 years Management experience preferred
