Position - Service ManagerLocation - Winston Salem, NCCompany - Manufacturing Description - This is a senior management position with a stable and growing commercial equipment manufacturing and distribution company. You will oversee the service team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with equipment related issues. This person will develop and maintain relationships with 3rd party service providers, and will also lead training efforts of internal employees and 3rd party service vendors. Your team will deal with warranty claims, equipment breakdowns, and parts. This is a direct hire opportunity offering full benefits.Job Requirements- Previous leadership experience required in a service department- Technical aptitude with machinery or electrical controls required - Ability to work in-office required, with about 5-10% travel - Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills required- Past experience managing an in-office service team strongly preferred
