If so, we want to hear from you! We're looking for just the right individual to fill the role of Service Manager at our rapidly growing Ag Equipment dealership Northeast of Austin, Texas. If you haven't been to this part of Central Texas, you have been missing out. It is a beautiful area and a great place to call home. Our company is growing and this is our busiest service department. We need a forward-thinking Service Manager who has the technical and logistical know-how to manage all the moving parts of the shop efficiently.Service Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and adhere to a priority system for scheduling all service work.
- Ensure that all manufacturer warranty claims are completed and filed in a timely manner.
- Schedule and assign job and work areas to employees according to their skills and knowledge, and the customer need.
- Order parts as needed.
- Coordinate training.
- Monitor monthly metrics to assure achievement of departmental goals.
- Show the same amount of care and respect to the owner of one piece of equipment as you would to a $20 million customer.
Service Manager Requirements:
- Proven communication and leadership skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a sense of urgency.
- Must work well in a team environment-one in which you will interact regularly with all departments.
Service Manager Benefits:

- Very competitive pay + commission structure. (With salary + commissions, the target salary is $130k +)
