Metalcraft of MayvilleMetalcraft of Mayville is an Equal Opportunity Employer:Minorities/females/veterans/individuals with disabilities/sexual orientation/gender identityService Parts AssistantUS-WI-MayvilleJob ID: 2024-3830Type: Regular Full-Time# of Openings: 1Category: Customer Service/SupportMetalcraft of Mayville, Inc.OverviewReporting to the VP of Purchasing for Scag Power Equipment in our Mayville Office, this position will be working with customers, distributors and dealers, as well as maintaining additional documents.Responsibilities* Hours: 8 am to 4:30 pm, Mayville Location* Answering and directing three Scag main lines.* Assist with distributor and dealer inquires / requests.* Order Entry and maintenance* EDI* Assist distributors with order errors, miss-shipments, lost freight, etc.* Liaison between MOM and third party warehouse.* Releasing and assisting in changes for orders to third party warehouse.* Work with customer brokers for set up and necessary documentation for export shipments.* Assist with all inquiries from distributors and dealers.* Pricing* Work with production personnel to maintain crate reporting* Overview payments for third party warehouse.* Work with purchasing and production control with expediting parts.* Assist Service personnel with misc. tasks as needed* Complete all Scag University courses* Support and assist Marketing with set up and changes for Scag University user database.* Set up and maintain dealer records.* Maintain Progold program* Assist with setting up parts in SAP* Assist with reviewing and proofreading materials and documents for Marketing and Service.* Pack and ship parts as needed from R&D.* Assist internal personnel with part needs.* Assist with registration entry, resets, etc. for distributors.* Send bi-weekly and monthly reporting to financial institutions.* Assist with financial dealer inquiries.* Follow and enforce Distributor Program* Work with Service, Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting and Production Control* Credit / Debits* ECN review* Internal database maintenance.* Assist with any additional tasks assignedQualificationsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities* Background in customer service or equivalent field.* Experience with SAP and Adobe software preferred.* Must possess excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).* Must be detailed-orientated, organized and able to multitask on various projects.* Must be self-motivated and demonstrate the ability to work autonomously.* Works well in a cross-functional team environment, must be a team player and customer focused.* Ability to create an environment of trust and always exhibit a positive attitude.Job Expectations* Accuracy* Strong communication skills, oral and written.* Ability to work independently, with initiative and self-direction.* Attention to detailEducation/Experience* A minimum of 1-3 years of related experience.* High School DiplomaMetalcraft of Mayville is an Equal Opportunity Employer:Minorities/females/veterans/individuals with disabilities/sexual orientation/gender identityPM17Compensation details: 7.24-7.25PI01bf61faae94-37395-#######4
