Responsibilities
- Maintain vehicle inventory appearance and performance
- Greet customers and provide an influential first experience as customers arrive to the Service Department
- Organize vehicles
- Effectively communicate with other members of the Service and Sales Department including members of management
- Lead and maintain an organized parking area and service lane (barricades, directing traffic, etc.)
- Park, retrieve and protect cars
- Daily lot walk-arounds to ensure vehicle security
- Basic cleaning responsibilities
- Assist in ways that could help benefit the customer experience or fellow employees
- Keep new and used vehicle lots neat and orderly
Qualifications
- Clean driving record & valid driver's license
- Effective communication, organizational and time management skills
- Punctual
- Team player
- Positive attitude
- Full-time with weekend availability
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation
