As a Service Project Sales Executive, you will play a key role in securing small, negotiated projects for our service operations team. You will be responsible for meeting individual sales targets and achieving the annual growth objectives outlined by management. Your contributions will directly impact our overall success and growth. What We Ask of You:
  • Initiate and cultivate new prospects for service project sales, driving the growth of our client base.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and optimize performance.
  • Oversee the sales process from initial contact to successful deal closure and booking, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Establish and nurture key customer relationships, leveraging positive references to generate additional sales opportunities.
  • Regularly connect with established customers to strengthen relationships and uncover market opportunities with potential new clients.
  • Maintain an ongoing sales funnel, providing regular updates as directed by management to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Utilize service operations teams as vital resources throughout the selling process to enhance client satisfaction and project execution.
  • Actively participate in industry-related organizations and market associations pertinent to your sales focus to bolster networking and visibility.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team that includes managers, sales personnel, dispatch, account managers, and service staff to drive overall business success for Danforth's offerings.
Experience & Competencies:
  • A degree (AS/BS/BA) in a relevant field or 2-3 years of proven industry experience is highly preferred.
  • 1-2 years of successful sales experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong capability to oversee all facets of the sales process, including financial management, technical solutions, and procurement strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and staff to foster a results-oriented, team-driven environment.
Danforth offers a competitive benefits package for eligible employees including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, paid time off, 401(k), with company match, and participation in our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The estimated compensation range for this role is $75,000-$90,000, commission-eligible. This range is based on several factors, including individual education, qualifications, training, prior work experience, and work location. John W.
