What We'll Accomplish Together:
Your role in our mission is to support our Generator Service Technicians with training, development, and technical support. You'll be in the field with Technicians ensuring jobs are set up properly, adhere to safety standards, and meet quality standards. You will also be their primary point of contact for technical support. With the Regional Service Manager, you will help identify areas for improvement in field operations and maintain Technician training records. You'll help create technical bulletins to keep Technicians up to date with the latest industry standards and best practices.
What It Takes To Succeed:
- 3+ years of power generation experience
- Ability to acquire Generac Master Certified Technician and EGSA Advanced Technician Certification
- Effective teamwork, communication, and leadership abilities
- Professional client service skills, to manage client needs efficiently and with respect
- Demonstrated troubleshooting, cross-team collaboration, and critical thinking
