Summary: The Service Sales Representative specializes in identifying, qualifying and closing new preventative maintenance business opportunities. (HVAC Maintenance Service Contracts)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and close business opportunities in company coverage area Follow up on sales/project leads Establish long-term, on-going relationships with clients Increase presence in existing accounts Meeting established revenue and profit goals as defined in the Service Sales Commission Plan Prepare and present client proposals Utilize job site walks to acquire HVAC unit information for qualified opportunity Representative will maintain existing and cultivate new relationships both externally and internally through professional behavior

Compensation Range: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 / Year
