Rock Hill Ford is the premier Ford Dealership in the Rock Hill, and surrounding areas. We are looking for a Service and Parts Receptionist to answer and distribute incoming calls and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
As a Service scheduler you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the Service Department. You will also distribute and redirect phone calls. You will schedule customers based on the service departments needs.

Responsibilities
- Answering, screening, and forward incoming phone calls for the Parts Department and Service Department
- Schedule customers based on guidelines set by service director.
- Call customers to provide vehicle service updates, or for next maintenance services.
- Work cooperatively with internal teams
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as data entry, and transcribing.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or Customer Service Role
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Professional attitude with a customer service mentality and professional appearance
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
